Simi has been active in dentistry for over a decade. Her skill set is comprehensive, including the specialties of orthodontics, surgery and pediatric dentistry. Simi’s experience includes knowledge of software systems such as dolphin management, intra-oral scanning systems and Invisalign techniques. As a certified dental assistant, she worked very closely with Dr Kramer and has adopted his team approach to successful practice building. Emphasis on maximizing patient flow and profitability, while delivering quality service, has been her focus.

Simi is fluent in both English and Punjabi, conducting successful case presentations in either language. These language capabilities allows her to educate and train dental practices abroad as well as in North America. She is eager to share these concepts with the dental industry at large.
