Devra has worked in dentistry for 35 years. Her experience includes her role as a restorative dental assistant with Dr Kramer for over 20 years. She shares his vision of a calm, empathetic and well prepared team approach to successful treatment for the young child.

As a result of her innovative character, she developed very successful techniques for seating young children in the dental chair. Her uncanny ability to communicate effectively with this very young age group, creates lasting trust for both the child and parents. This provides an invaluable contribution to practice building through young families. She is also very experienced with treatment under sedation and general anesthesia. As well, Devra is licensed as an orthodontic assistant and currently works as a treatment coordinator, with her team seeing up to 75 patients per day.
