Bonnie Jagpal has proudly been working in the dental industry for over 2 decades. She has worked closely with Dr Kramer and the entire dental team during that span of time. Her management skills have evolved to include inventory control, price negotiations, budgeting and ordering for the dental group of 10 partners, working in 4 different locations. Bonnie also supervises maintenance of all office equipment and purchase requests for all locations.

In exercising these responsibilities, she maintains very positive relations with the entire dental team. Of equal significance, are her lines of communication with vendors and repair technicians, since prompt responses are necessary when a problem occurs, requiring immediate attention. Bonnie’s wonderful demeanor, allows her to maintain the respect of those she works with and as a result benefits the the entire dental group. Her organized manner, ensures that there is rarely any delays that interfere with normal daily operations.

Bonnie is fluent in English and Punjabi and looks forward to sharing her organizational approaches with dental practices in North America and abroad.
