Amanda has been in dentistry for almost 20 years. Working with Dr Kramer, she was empowered to develop her unique skill set as a leader and communicator.

In addition to being a certified dental assistant in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, she pursued a degree in adult education. Dr Kramer recognized her natural abilities and with his mentoring, she became extremely successful at case presentation. She had a success rate of almost 100% acceptance rate of proposed treatment plans.

As a treatment coordinator, she now trains other team members and serves as a reminder of the benefit of trusting your dental staff. This serves as a catalyst for significant practice growth.
